Did you know that store bought mayo is filled with seed oils and added thickeners that are horrible for your gut?

This recipe is really easy to make, we haven’t bought mayo from the store in over a year now.

Let’s Get Started..

Ingredients:

  1. 2 eggs

  2. 1 1/4 cup light olive oil

    (make sure it’s light)

  3. 1 tbsp lemon juice

  4. 1 tsp mustard powder

  5. Immersion blender

  6. Mason jar

Instructions:

  1. Mix eggs, lemon juice and mustard

  2. Slowly add olive oil as your blending it, the slower you add it, the more thicker

  3. Stays fresh in refrigerator for 2 weeks

  4. If for some reason it’s not thick enough you can alway add another egg but the key is to blend it slow.

Enjoy and make sure to follow for more!

Thank you!
