Let me introduce myself...

My name is Tina. I love fitness, food, animals, music and being in nature. I've been married 21 years to my high school sweetheart. We have 2 amazing kids and 3 German Shepherds. We started Homesteading in 2018  and we keep expanding every year.

In 2021, I became an online Fitness & Nutrition Coach for 2 years and that's what made me realize I wanted to help on a more personal level.

In the Fall of 2023, I had to hold off on my dream when I got some bad news. I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma. I had a baseball sized tumor in the back of my neck that turned out to be cancerous. I had to have surgery to remove the tumor and then plastic surgery to fill in the hole in my neck. It took me 8 months to get 90% of motion back in my neck. I still suffer today with nerve damage in my head from the surgeries every so often.

After my recovery, I finished school and got my Certifications through NASM, the national academy of sports and medicine.

With everything that I went through, it really opened my eyes and changed my perspective on life. I made a huge shift in my lifestyle and decided to take on a more holistic & natural way of life.
